Emergency Response: Executed swift implementation and support for Instructure Canvas and Microsoft Teams during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring teachers and students achieved proficiency in both platforms within a two-week timeframe; significantly enhancing instructional outcomes during a critical period.
